Engineering & Design
Alex Products has a team of electrical and mechanical engineers on staff. This team is utilized for all of our custom equipment and automation. Alex Products has a team of senior engineers that oversee the design of all of our equipment and automation. We have a full staff of design engineers that utilize the latest 3D and 2D AutoCad Inventor software. All of our designs are fully solid modeled complete with detailed drawings.
Prototype/Short Order
Ridge Tooling and Automation has complete in house prototype / short-order capabilities. Our CNC tube and wire bending, GMAW Welding, Resistance welding, laser cutting, coining, riveting, beading, machining, fabricating, forming, stamping and assembly capabilities provide a cost effective solution for prototype and low volume metal products. By combining our capabilities we are able to produce a variety of complex parts. We offer a wide range of services to support our customers in the initial stages of the product development process up to production and part validation. Our designers, engineers, machinists, and lab personnel are highly trained with many years of experience serving the automotive, furniture, food and alternative energy industries. We can provide services with projects as small as a single component modification to a full scale mock-up of a prototype design.
Machine Automation/Specialty Machines
RTA specializes in the design and manufacture of custom-made equipment. Projects vary in size and scope from simple one-station rivet press to a fully-automated multi-functioned assembly line. These machines utilize the latest safety and ergonomic technology.
Transportation
Alex Products Inc. operates a fleet of tractors & trailers. We have late-model 53' dry vans, and a 48' double-drop deck for hauling machines, equipment & dies. Our fleet also includes cargo vans for smaller freight or the unexpected expedite. Our friendly & knowledgeable drivers are dedicated to providing on-time supply chain transportation within our tri-state region.
